COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Scandinavian smoked ale brewed with applewood smoked malt and loads of resinous hops... like a heavy metal BBQ in a pine forest.
Aroma of smoked wood, birch leaves and caramel malts. Flavor of roasted, smoked malts, bitter hops, wood and birch leaves. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel, quite high carbonation and a dry finish of alcohol, smoke and hops. Hints of roast coffee and chocolate once the onslaught of smoke and hops have faded.
ABV: 9.4%
