Aromas of fresh green apple and nectarine with a hint of fresh baked bread. Crisp, intriguing fresh fruit reminiscent of succulent peach, sweet berries and pear linger on the plate, finishing with creamy and refreshing bubbles.

France  
Fine delicate bubbles. Wonderfully forward aromas of fruit. Very elegant on the palate. Refreshing. Well-structured with a long-lasting finish.

Charles de Fere Blanc de Blancs  - France


Bright and fruity on the nose, this wine exudes aromas typical of Chenin Blanc – apples, apricots and a hint of honey. The palate holds an explosion of fine bubbles followed by a smooth, fruity finish. 








Laurent-Perrier Brut  - Champagne, France
Crisp, fresh and elegant, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and delicate, showing good complexity with hints of citrus and white fruit. Its perfect balance, crispness of flavors.

Deus Brut des Flandres, Champagne beer, medium bodied and effervescent, complex, flowery-biscuity, blond biere brut. 

Deus Champagne Beer it’s a revolutionary taste sensation. 

Created with the sophisticated beer drinker in mind, this potent yet sophisticated brew is matured in the Champagne region of France where it undergoes a similar fermentation process to bubbly. Once bottled it’s left in a cellar to age for nine months at 12C and is even tilted and rotated, champers-style, before its poptastic cork is inserted. Best of all it tastes amazing in a hoppy, fizzy way – think Dom Perignon meets Duvel. Mmm…beer… made aged/fermented champagne. Hic!

Avery: Vanilla Bean Stout
Barrel Aged Stout 
ABV: 10.8% (Colorado)
Bourbon barrels and plenty of whole vanilla beans combine to deliver a double dose of vanilla flavor.  Chocolate, caramel, and molasses complement the vanilla to round out this luxuriously silky stout.

Avery: Salvation
Belgian Golden Ale 
ABV: 9% (Colorado)
Luscious apricot and peach aromas are delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon in this heavenly soft, champagne-like perfect elixir!!

Founders: Azacca IPA
American IPA 
ABV:7% (Michigan)
Named after the Haitian God of agriculture, the Azacca hop has an intense tropical aroma with hints of citrus and mango.  A touch of caramel malt gives a sweet backbone to support the righteous fruit character of the hop.  Taste buds will worship this beer!! 


Lefebvre: Blanche de Bruxelles
Belgian White Ale
ABV: 4.5% (Belgium)
The gold standard of Belgian wits!! The original Wit.  Natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels are added to bring a perfectly blended citrus flavor.  Refreshing!


Founders: Curmudgeon
Old Ale 
ABV: 9.8% (Michigan)
This old ale is brewed with molasses and an insane focus on the 
malt bill, then oak-aged. The result is a rich, malty delight that’s deceptively smooth and drinkable.

Cigar City: White Oak Jai Alai
Oak Aged IPA 
ABV: 7.5% (Florida)
White oak bring vanilla and coconut flavors to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character..The oak serves to temper the bitterness of the 70 IBU base beer while also drying the beer’s body.

Breckenridge: Pumpkin Pumpkin Spice Latte
Pumpkin Coffee Stout
ABV: 5.5% (Breckenridge, CO)
Dark roasted malts and carefully roasted, cold pressed coffee beans. Vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves delicately complement the taste of rich pumpkin. 

Lancaster Winter Warmer
Old Ale
ABV: 8.9% (Lancaster, Pa)
No silly spices here... This Winter Warmer redefines the term full-bodied, with its monster malt bill, and extended cold aging, delivering deep, incredibly developed malt richness. 


Cigar City: Vanilla Maduro
Brown Ale with Vanilla
ABV: 5.5% (Florida)
Madagascar Vanilla adds a marshmallow sweetness to this classic brown ale.  The vanilla brings a fuller body and touch of burnt sugar to Maduro’s complex chocolate and toffee malt character.
